- Complete minimum of 60 credits of first year and second year courses that transfer to one of the British Columbian Research Universities (SFU, UBC, UNBC, or UVIC). These must include a minimum of 18 credits in Arts at a second-year level taken in two or more subject areas.
- Achieve an avergage grade of "C" or 2.0 PGPA.
- Check course transferability using the BC Transfer Guide at: www.bctransferguide.ca (Research University).
- Students may only receive credit for one of the following: ENGL 100 or ENGL 101.
- ENGL 100 is not a pre-requisite to 200 level English courses
- Students may only received credits for one of the following: MATH 100 or MATH 120 (May 2021 to present).
- All first-year courses will count only as first-year credits (September 2023 to present).
- EDUC 101 can only be used as general electives (May 2021 to present).
- CRWR 101 may only be used to satify first-year Arts electives (May 2021 to present).
- The last three courses must be taken at Coquitlam College.
- Responsiblity for final course selection and registration lies with the student.
Note:
- Transferability of courses is determined by the receiving institution.
- Students interested in the Post Gradtion Woek Permit (PGWP) must be full-time students throughout their Degree.
- Each course can only be counted once towards the completion of program.
- Students may apply to transfer a maximum of 10 university courses (30 credits). Transfer credits will appear on the Coquitlam College transcript but are not used in the calculate for grade point average.
