ConnectU is Coquitlam College’s new academic advising booking system, designed for both mobile and web use.
Please log in to the STUDENT PORTAL at least once before accessing ConnectU. You will only need to do this the first time. This step is to ensure your Student Portal login is working correctly, as ConnectU is still in its testing phase.

To log in to ConnectU, visit https://cc_scheduler.cclogin.ca/ and use the same username and password as your Student Portal.
Once you’re logged into ConnectU, click on the Appointment tab, select a preferred date/time, choose the reason for your appointment, and then confirm your booking. For detailed step–by–step instructions, visit ConnectU Booking Instructions PDF.
When it’s time for your appointment, do not go to the front desk. Instead, proceed directly to the chairs outside Student Services Room 365 and wait. An advisor will come out and call your name when it’s time for your appointment.
No, students can only have one appointment booked at a time. If you need additional appointments, you will need to wait until your current appointment has passed.
Selecting a reason helps our academic advisors prepare for your session and ensures they can assist you in the best way possible. If you have multiple reasons for your appointment, please prioritize the most important one, as our time slots are limited. Advisors will try to address as many topics as possible within the allotted time.
Students can cancel an appointment up to 12 hours in advance. To change your appointment time, please cancel your current appointment and reschedule for a new time.
If you miss your appointment, you will be unable to book another appointment for 48 hours as a penalty. Please make sure to attend or reschedule in advance to avoid any delays.
If no time slots are available, you may need to check back later or book for a future date. We recommend booking in advance, as slots can fill up quickly.
