Tuition Payment – How to Pay
Online Banking
How to Pay by Online Banking
- Log In: Access your online banking portal.
- Select Bill Payment: Navigate to the online bill payment section.
- Add Payee: Search for “Coquitlam College” as the payee.
- Enter Account Information: Input your student ID number as the account number.
- Specify Payment Details: Enter the payment amount.
- Submit Payment: After submitting your payment, be sure to save a copy of the confirmation page along with the reference number for your records. If there are any issues with your payment, this confirmation will help us track and resolve the transaction.
- Payment Processing: Allow at least 2-4 business days for your payment to be received by Coquitlam College.
- Check Payment Status: You can monitor the status of your payment through the Account Summary section of your Student Portal.
Online Credit Card Payment

Coquitlam College has partnered with GlobalPay to offer an easy and cost-effective way for international students to pay tuition and fees. This service allows you to make payments via bank transfer in your preferred currency, ensuring a seamless experience.
How GlobalPay Works
Follow these 5 simple steps to complete your payment:
- Enter Your Information: Visit the GlobalPay for Students homepage and provide your details.
- Select Payment Amount: Enter the amount you wish to pay in Canadian dollars.
- Choose Your Currency: Select the currency in which you would like to make the payment*.
- Enter Payer Details: Provide the details of the person making the payment and print your payment instructions.
- Complete Payment: Use the printed instructions to complete your payment through your bank or online banking. After submitting your payment, be sure to save a copy of the confirmation page along with the reference number for your records. If there are any issues with your payment, this confirmation will help us track and resolve the transaction.
- Allow Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the payment to be processed and received by Coquitlam College.

Payments via cheque, bank draft, debit card, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted at the Office of the Registrar (Vancouver Campus).
