To comply with the Canadian Government Policy, Coquitlam College is not able to process incoming or outgoing payments from any of the following countries:

• Iran
• Syria
• Cuba
• North Korea
• Crimea Region (Ukraine/Russia)
• Venezuela

If you are a student or agent representative for a student from any of the above noted countries, please do not apply for admission to the College. The College will not be able to process refunds for the application fees paid.

Step 1

Choose your program and semester start

To apply for admission, complete and submit the online application by clicking the button above.

Step 2

Upload scans of:

1. Passport personal information page
2. Official transcripts from previous schools
3. Evidence of English language proficiency: TOEFL, IELTS, CAEL or other English Language test score, if applicable
4. Non-refundable application fee of $200 in Canadian funds – payment only accepted by Visa or MasterCard and is made online via the How To Pay page

Notes:

• Confirmation of application submission is by follow-up email.
• Applications will be reviewed within 15 days of application.
• Upon acceptance, new students will receive a Welcome Letter with CC student ID # & information on how to register.
• New overseas students will then receive a Letter of Offer and a Tuition/Fee Invoice.
• The College can enroll students in a medical insurance plan upon registration. Medical insurance coverage is mandatory.

Step 3

Pay the non-refundable application fee

Tuition and other applicable fees can be paid by the following methods:

Online Bill Payment, PayMyTuition, GlobalPay for Students (preferred method for international payments), Interac e-Transfer (please use “Tuition” as your security password and ensure that the message includes your Name & Student ID number), Online Credit Card payment, Cheque, Interac/Debit Card, or Visa/MasterCard.

* The preferred process for international payment of tuition fees is through GlobalPay for Students. This option allows you to pay your tuition and student fees via bank transfer in the currency of your choice in an efficient and inexpensive manner. *
