Application Process

We are currently accepting applications for all programs for the Summer and Fall 2025 semesters.

Online Application for Admission Form

To comply with the Canadian Government Policy, Coquitlam College is not able to process incoming or outgoing payments from any of the following countries:

• Iran
• Syria
• Cuba
• North Korea
• Crimea Region (Ukraine/Russia)
• Venezuela

If you are a student or an agent representing a student from any of the above countries, please refrain from applying for admission. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process refunds for any application fees paid.

How to Apply:

Step 1: Choose Your Program and Semester Start

To apply, complete and submit the online application by clicking the button above.

Step 2: Upload Required Documents

Please upload scans of the following:

• Passport personal information page
• Official transcripts from previous schools
• Evidence of English language proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, CAEL, or another recognized English language test score, if applicable)
• Non-refundable application fee of $200 (CAD), payable online via Visa or MasterCard through the Tuition Payment page

Important Notes:

• A confirmation email will be sent once your application has been successfully submitted.
• Applications will be reviewed within 15 days of submission.
• Upon acceptance, new students will receive a Welcome Letter with their Coquitlam College student ID number and registration information.
• International students will then receive a Letter of Offer and a Tuition/Fee Invoice.
• The College offers enrollment in a mandatory medical insurance plan upon registration.

Step 3: Pay the Non-Refundable Application Fee

Tuition and applicable fees can be paid using the following methods:

• Online Bill Payment
• PayMyTuition
• GlobalPay for Students (preferred method for international payments)
• Interac e-Transfer (please use “Tuition” as the security password and include your Name & Student ID number in the message)
• Online Credit Card Payment
• Cheque
• Interac/Debit Card
• Visa/MasterCard

Note: The preferred payment method for international students is through GlobalPay for Students. This service allows you to pay tuition and fees via bank transfer in your local currency, making the process efficient and cost-effective.
