English is the language of instruction at Coquitlam College. To be admitted, you must meet a minimum level of English proficiency, which can be shown through tests like IELTS.
If you don’t yet meet the requirement, we offer English courses to help you improve your skills and qualify for admission.
Program Specific Requirements
To enter our University Transfer Program, you must have one of the following:
- High school graduation or equivalent (minimum 60% average)
- Vocational/technical/polytechnic diploma with 60% or higher average
- Mature student status
In compliance with Canadian government policy, Coquitlam College is unable to process incoming or outgoing payments from the following countries: Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, the Crimea Region (Ukraine/Russia), and Venezuela. If you are a student or an agent representing a student from any of these countries, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying for admission. Please note that we will not be able to process refunds for any application fees that have been paid.
